SAMS Europe is an exciting event that brings together industry leaders and professionals in a unique and immersive way. Each year, the event inspires innovation, connects professionals from around the world, and offers attendees invaluable insights on the world of business and technology’s ever-evolving landscape.
This years’ event will be taking place from September 29 to October 1, in the eminent city of Amsterdam. SES Secure’s Operational Resilience Consultant, Mark Ryan, and Head of Technology, Tom Sweet, will both be in attendance.
A significant gathering of senior-level executives and professionals in the fields of Software Asset Management (SAM), Software License Management (SLM), IT Vendor Management, and IT Service Management is expected at the event.
Alongside the opportunity to connect with and gain insights from a vast range of industry professionals, SAMS Europe will also include talks from 45+ industry-focused speakers (from companies such as Lenovo, Volkswagen, Standard Bank and many more), interactive networking, and sessions on the most important and influential current topics in business and technology.
In an industry that continues to evolve at a rapid rate, an event like SAMS Europe supports those that want to stay a step ahead and ensure that their services and processes are as effective and up to date as possible. Our team are excited to absorb knowledge and guidance from others whilst also supporting fellow attendees with our own high-level of expertise and extensive experience.
In the light of increasing organisational complexity and hybrid licensing models, the SES Secure team will be discussing and exchanging experiences with practitioners representing leading European companies. Our team look forward to implementing all learnings into client projects as well long-term strategy planning. Our aim is to be as robust as possible, and continuously evolve and adapt.
We recently sat down with Mark Ryan and Tom Sweet and spoke about their thoughts ahead of the event. Mark described SAMS Europe as “a fantastic event for those involved in Software Asset or Vendor Management, and Procurement or Legal to keep up to date with industry advancements and changes” whilst Tom mentioned that he was “excited to attend and have insightful conversations with industry professionals and understand what other organisations are doing on a technical level”.
