As SES grows, choosing to recruit apprentices for various roles within the business provides us with the opportunity to identify the best potential talent and provide them with the skills, knowledge and experience to fit the skills gaps in our organisation. Helping drive the business forward.
This month we’ve brought two new apprentices into the organisation to facilitate our ongoing growth, these are:
Natasha – Digital Marketing Apprentice
Natasha is a creative and highly driven individual and a fantastic addition to our Marketing team. She decided that an apprenticeship would be the best option for her to demonstrate the interpersonal, teamworking and marketing skills she gained from her experiences in education and begin her journey towards achieving her career goals.
Mike – IT Infrastructure Apprentice
Mike is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who has always had a passion for IT. He joined the apprenticeship with SES as he sees it as a brilliant opportunity to further develop his skills and extend his knowledge by experiencing various aspects of the IT role. Mike will also be helping to maintain our infrastructure and ensure we can continue to deliver state of the art services to our clients.
Our new apprentices have hit the ground running since joining SES, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the table and have already shown that they are keen to develop and learn.
Discussing the addition of our new apprentices, SES’s Managing Director Will Sharp stated “Bringing in apprentices is a fantastic way for SES to provide opportunities and valuable experience to talented individuals and gives us the chance to choose the best upcoming talent and train them to meet our skills gaps. The apprentices we’ve taken on are incredibly passionate and enthusiastic, which are traits we really value here at SES and the opportunity is there for them to drive things forward and manage their own projects.”
Our goal is for our apprentices to stay on with SES once their programmes are completed and by integrating them into the team from day one, giving them ownership of their own projects and setting objectives and targets to meet, they have already performed well beyond our expectations.
