Problem

With a long-term strategy and partnership already established, an enterprise client that depends heavily on Caragon Consulting’s leading software products needed confidence that the licensed application would remain accessible in any disaster recovery situation. SES were brought in and entrusted with delivering the solution.

Solution

SES collaborated with Caragon Consulting to design and implement a coherent SaaS Escrow strategy for the Flex SaaS application. Together, they deployed the required resources and validated them within a Microsoft Azure tenancy, ensuring all essential materials held in Escrow were fully captured and demonstrating that the SaaS application could be restored in as little as one working day. This enabled the enterprise client to resume operations rapidly and remain within their recovery time objectives (RTO).

Outcome

Over the course of the Software Escrow Agreement lifecycle, the Flex application continues to evolve through ongoing development and updates. Partnering with SES for Software Escrow and validation services ensures that Flex remains fully protected and can be made available to customers with just one day’s notice, supporting uninterrupted access even as the product advances.
