SES were approached by Constantine Wind Energy and their critical software developer to strengthen the level of Escrow protection and ensure the Software Escrow solution would perform reliably if the Agreement were ever triggered.. SES responded by crafting a bespoke Individual Licensee Software Escrow Agreement carefully aligned with the policies of both the Licensor and the Licensee and designed to mirror the terms of the existing software support contract.
