Problem
Datamere provides GENUS©, the market‑leading software solution for gas and electricity suppliers. As part of their contractual commitments, Datamere must enter into Escrow Agreements with each licensed user. However, their existing Escrow arrangement had become costly, inflexible, and unable to deliver the level of service expected by both Datamere and their customers.
Solution
SES was approached to provide a detailed proposal outlining how they would deliver and manage the entire Software Escrow process, with a particular focus on how they would oversee and support the ongoing relationship between Datamere and their licensed customers.
Outcome
SES developed a Master Framework Non-Signature Escrow Agreement alongside a tailored Service Level Agreement to meet Datamere’s precise requirements. As a result, Datamere, SES, and all licensed customers now benefit from a clean, comprehensive, and customer‑focused Software Escrow solution that supports consistency, clarity, and long‑term confidence.
