Solution
SES implemented a SaaS Individual Licensee Software Escrow Agreement and performed a Remote Code Validation and Deployment exercise to confirm that the source code and rebuild process were complete, accurate, and functional. SES then performed a mock deployment in an independent environment to ensure the system could be successfully installed and operated without any reliance on the original software vendor.

Ebbon‑Dacs now benefits from a fit‑for‑purpose, resilient Software Escrow solution that provides complete assurance in the event of an Escrow trigger.
