Problem
A client of Impress Solutions asked to put a Software Escrow arrangement in place to safeguard an on‑premise application they license. This client already held two active agreements with SES and wanted to extend that same protection to the application provided by Impress Solutions.
Solution
After several joint discussions between Impress Solutions, the customer, and SES, a new Escrow agreement was put in place. Since the customer already held agreements with SES and had an established relationship with an existing Account Manager, it was logical for Impress Solutions to work with the same point of contact. This continuity ensured a smooth workflow, strengthened collaboration, and supported a timely, efficient delivery.
Outcome
The new Escrow agreement provides the licensee with the level of protection required under their contract, while also giving Impress Solutions a clear and uncomplicated process for making deposits in line with those obligations.
