SES implemented a Multi Licensee Software Escrow agreement, which allows for an unlimited number of Tick42 clients to join as beneficiaries, through a straightforward registration process, reducing the need for multiple Escrow agreements.
Tick42 can now provide their clients with effective Software Escrow assurances. Having one Software Escrow agreement to cover all clients provides greater control and cost-savings, whilst reducing administration.
