SES implemented a Multi Licensee Software Escrow agreement that enables an unlimited number of Tick42 clients to be added as beneficiaries through a simple, streamlined registration process. This structure removes the need for multiple individual escrow agreements, cutting cost and complexity while giving Tick42 a scalable, future‑proof way to extend continuity assurances across their entire client base.

Outcome

Tick42 can now offer their clients robust and reliable Software Escrow assurances. Consolidating everything under a single agreement gives them stronger oversight, meaningful cost savings, and far less administrative effort.
