Solution
SES delivered an FTO (Free Transfer Offer) service to Whistlebrook and their licensed customers, supported by the creation of a Master Framework Software Escrow Agreement. This structure provided a seamless registration process and enabled customers to protect multiple Whistlebrook applications under a single Escrow Agreement, eliminating the cost and complexity associated with managing numerous individual contracts.
