SES implemented a SaaS Individual Licensee Software Escrow Agreement and performed a Remote Code Validation and Deployment exercise to confirm that the source code and rebuild process were complete, accurate, and functional. SES then performed a mock deployment in an independent environment to ensure the system could be successfully installed and operated without any reliance on the original software vendor.

SES can release the most up‑to‑date source code along with all supporting materials, enabling Ebbon‑Dacs to rebuild and run the imaging system seamlessly in a new, independent environment.
